2011 Race-Keeper Contest Winner!

Jim Hardesty is the proud owner of a brand-spanking new Race-Keeper system, care of the 2011 Race- Keeper Free System contest!

Jim, who just finished his 4th full year of racing, drives an '86 Honda Civic in ITC. Jim gives props to Bill Stevens, one of Race-Keeper's super-reps, for getting him into a race car. Bill was Jim's track day instructor in his WRX at Mid-Ohio about five years ago and Bill "challenged me to go wheel to wheel racing!"

Video Drivers on PCs with Intel (R) HD Graphics Family

To save costs and reduce battery usage, some prominent PC manufacturers have constructed their systems with Intel HD Graphics family video adapter built into the main Intel processor in lieu of more expensive dedicated graphics hardware.

However, initial software releases of the OEM version of the Intel HD Graphics family software have documented problems displaying video from many applications, including Race-Keeper Comparo. Intel has fixed its video driver issues, and all releases on or subsequent to v8.15.10.2509 include the required bug fixes.

TRG's Advanced Driving Academy and Race-Keeper

Petaluma, CA (August 23rd, 2011)- TRG, renown for its driver development program, was steered toward the Monticello Motor Club recently by motorsport veterans Scot Leder, Steve Stander and Kevin Wittman. The result was a full-day of learning by 18 willing pupils with some very fast cars under the tutelage of TRG professional drivers Andy Lally (NASCAR's Sprint Cup Series) and Spencer Pumpelly (American Le Mans/Grand-Am sports car series).

Race-Keeper Announces 2011 Contingency Programs

Race-Keeper is pleased to announce our 2011 Contingency Programs for the SCCA Solo Nationals, NASA Championships, and SCCA Championships Run-offs.

Registration is available at www.race-keeper.com/2011_Race-Keeper_Contingency_Program. Participants must be registered at least ONE WEEK prior to the race event.

Race-Keeper will offer contingency pay-out for each of the top three places in each class at the following race events:

- SCCA Solo National Championships at Lincoln Airpark, 08/30 - 09/02
- NASA Championships at Mid-Ohio, 09/08 - 09/11
