When I go to open my videos, everything opens up normal and plays, but there is no picture. All of the sound is there. I seen these videos on another computer, but it doesn't work on my computer. Are there any updates or codec's I need to install? Thanks ( categories: )

Hello piekar,
Thank You for your post. This is a known issue with some laptops running the Intel Family Graphics Video Adapters. Please run Microsoft Windows Update on your PC first, and install any / all available updates. Once you have installed all Microsoft Windows Updates, restart your PC, and try opening your video again. If this does not correct the issue, please then refer to the instructions located here to update your drivers:
