Warranty & Returns Policy

On this page you will find information on the warranty we offer on all our products as well as advice on how to proceed if you have a Race-Keeper component that exhibits a fault.

Trivinci Systems warrants that all Race-Keeper systems are free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 6 months from date of purchase. This does not include components damaged by shock, collision, accident damage, water damage or anything we would deem as misuse.

When returning product for any reason, you must first contact Trivinci and obtain an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number.

The following information is required in order to complete the RMA request:

  • Contact name
  • Company name (if applicable)
  • Address
  • Phone number
  • Product/system
  • Serial number (if applicable)
  • Brief description of the problem that is occurring with the product(s) to be returned.

All RMA requests are processed within 48 hours (two business days).

After obtaining an RMA number from Trivinci, you will be asked to send the product to Trivinci. The RMA number must be displayed on the outside of your package. Please use a shipping company that can demonstrate proof of delivery.

Upon receipt of the defective product, Trivinci will, at its discretion, either repair or replace the product under warranty and ship it back to the customer in the most expeditious manner possible or if warranty is not applicable, issue a quotation for the repair or replacement along with shipping costs. 

Subject to availability, the replacement product will be shipped within 30 days of receipt of RMA package.
